What is the delivery time?
We typically ship ship within 2-5 business days depending on availability and personalization.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, fyère ships to selected countries across Europe and beyond. For all international shipments, please check your local custom tariffs and duties.
Can I return my order?
You have 30 days to return your pieces, as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition and packaging. To make the process easy for you, every order comes with a prepaid return label. Simply, attach it on the box and send it back to us.
Please bear in mind that customized pieces, resized items and rings sizes below 50 & above 58 are non-returnable as they are made especially for you.
How will you refund my return?
Once we receive your return and confirm that everything is in good condition, we will process your refund within 7 working days to where your payment came from.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes – 2 years. Every Fyère piece comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. Real luxury isn’t just about how it looks but how it lasts. And if something isn’t perfect, we will make it right. No drama, no stress, just like it should be.

Yes, selected pieces can be customized with engraving, because the best jewellery tells your story.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
